The Estimator leads the pre-construction phase of the project, overseeing the creation of detailed estimates, budgets, construction schedules, quantity takeoffs, and scopes of work. They are also responsible for conducting a thorough review of bid documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
The ideal candidate will have experience managing commercial projects in various market sectors. They oversee field construction, provide leadership to field foremen, manage trade partners, and ensure trade work is completed successfully. Superintendents collaborate closely with the Project Manager to ensure timely, high-quality project completion.
